Workshop Design
Unique in the industry, we engage participants in highly interactive workshops. We have a “facili-training” delivery style—which means that we use both facilitation and training techniques in our workshops for maximum engagement. We also have low facilitator to participant ratios, and use current issues during practice sessions to ensure immediate application—no role-playing! Collectively, these techniques enable us to significantly increase participant learning.

Action Planning
Our team has a saying, “It’s all in the DO”. Nothing is more important than immediately being able to apply what you’ve learned, so participants will walk out with an action plan, accountability partner, and a plan to create an internal learning community. No one is stronger than two or more together!!! Our goal for your organization is long-term sustainable change.

Private Workshop Pricing:

  • $15,000 for 2 days
  • $8,500 for 1 day
  • $5,000 for ½ day

- Private setting at your corporate office or desired meeting location of your choice
- Scheduled at your convenience and tailored to meet your needs
- 15 - 25 participants from your organization (15 people minimum)
- Workshop materials are $50/per person for ½ or full day; $75 for a 2-day session

Partnership Program for Small to Intermediate-Sized Companies
Are you interested in leadership development for your organization but do not have enough people to fill a private workshop? If so, our Partnership Program will be a great fit for you.

  • Up to five organizations can join together and send 15-25 participants through an Energy Bus or No Complaining Rule workshop.
  • One organization acts as a host and then each organization is billed separately for ease of accounting.
